We found a wooded lot with a creek running through it, perfect for a few small cabins. The trees are mostly pine and oak, giving plenty of shade in summer. We're thinking basic off-grid setups with solar power and composting toilets. The land is sloped, so we'll need to find level spots for each cabin, but the privacy and quiet are unbeatable. It's about an hour from the nearest town, so we'll rely on a shared well and maybe a community fire pit.
