When my AC started blowing warm air last July, Hoot Heating & Air showed up the same day. The technician, a friendly guy named Dave, walked me through exactly what was wrong and didn't try to upsell me. They fixed it quickly and the price felt fair. I've had them back for a furnace check in the fall, and they were just as solid. It's nice to have an HVAC company that actually communicates clearly and shows up when they say they will.
